Q. Are you a licensed trekking agency?
Of course, we are a licensed trekking company. We have all the legal documents.

Q. How can we do trekking with your company?
After you decided to join our company and location which area you wants to go. You have to fill up the form and also deposit has to be made in order to confirm the reservation.

Q. Is it difficult to communicate with Guide?
No, company will manage guide according to our client. Our guide and staffs are good enough to explain about clients requirements.

Q. Is your company enough to manage big group?
Sure, our staffs are experienced and they have been working in this sector for long time.

Q. Do you arrange private treks?
Yes, we organized any kinds of trek.

Q. What will be the trek time in a day?
We have different location and area for trekking. So its depend on which location you choose. But overall 6-7 hours per day.

Q. What is Tea House trekking?
Tea House trekking is a trekking which includes guide, Sherpa (if need) and porter. All accommodation will be served by local hotel and lodges.

Q. What about security during trekking?
Security of our clients is the foremost important for us. All our guides and other support crew are carefully chosen for your trips. Our guides hold licenses issued by the Nepal Government. They are very honest and reliable. But never leave your baggage unattended and keep your lodge room locked when you go out.

Q. What type of food is served during a trekking?
In a day we provide 3 times plentiful and nutritious meals daily with a variety of dishes. Breakfast mainly consists of porridge, muesli and cereal followed by omelet, fried or scrambled eggs with chapattis or bread. Lunch is generally a selection of salad, cooked vegetable dishes, pasta and traditional breads. Dinner is a hearty 3 course meal - soup, followed by a variety of vegetable, meat, rice and pasta dishes and completed with a simple dessert. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are also provided at all meals. We use as much fresh produce as possible and special diets are regularly catered for. All foods are well cooked and vegetables are treated by potassium permanganate or iodine.

Q. Can we get safe water in trekking?
Don’t worry water during the trekking will be safe and clean. Boil water is also available in guest house and lodges.

Q.What is the overnight accommodation like?
In city area accommodation will be in hotels of your preference. We have a pool of hotels that ranges from luxury deluxe to budget hotels. While on a trek accommodation will depend on the trek style. If you are taking a camping then you will be sleeping in tents.

Q. How fit I need to be to trek in the Himalayas?
You should be moderately fit, used to some regular exercise and enjoy walking in the high altitude conditions.

Q. Do you provide any equipment while trekking?
On all our Camping treks we provide all the tents, sometimes dome tents, sometimes sturdy A frames and normally people share one tent between two; a foam mattress each; all the cutlery and utensils, cooking pots, stoves; candles/kerosene lantern, tables and stools, kitchen tent, dining tent and toilet tent; all the main meals while trekking but not snacks.

Q. Do you arrange domestic and international flights?
Yes we can arrange both national and international flight.

Q. Is tipping is necessary? Tips are highly appreciated by your support team after the trip. The amount depends on you on their working performance.

Q. What happen if something’s serious incident happens?
In the case of serious sickness or a casualty we will rescue by a helicopter. Since you are entirely liable for all the expenses incurred in evacuation please make sure that it is covered by your insurance before assigning for it or be prepared to pay on your own after getting back in company.

Q. What kind of dress should I bring during trekking?
If trekking location is not higher than 2000m you can bring normal cloths like we use every day T-shirt pants but its higher than 2000m we suggest to bring warm and wind proof cloths.

Q. What is the best month for trekking?
The best time to trek is from end of September -November in autumn and first of March-May in spring. We do have nice weather and good environment for trekking in January- February.

Q. Is it possible to change the lodge?
Yes, you can definitely change the lodge if you feel it is not in order by talking over with your guide.

Q. Do you reserve rooms at the lodges before or during the trek?
We accommodate trekking groups in local lodges available on the trail. As it is not possible to book the rooms days in advance, we send a porter few hours ahead of the group each day to book the rooms.

Q. Is it possible to change the day trips?
It is possible to change the day trip as per your request by consulting your guide.

Q. what is home stay?
Home stay is paying guest where client have to direct links with local people and their culture. Guest can stay in their homely environment and share daily life.

We have many touristic places. Mainly Everest region, Annapurna region, Langtang region, Manag region,

The main attraction of Nepal are High Mountains, Culture & Heritage, wild life, flora & fauna etc.
